How to Return an Item

  2. Package the Item: Safely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Ensure the RA number is clearly written on the outside of the package.

  3. Ship the Item: Send the item to the following address using a trackable shipping method:

  4. Keep the Tracking Information: Retain the tracking number for your shipment. GG Imperial is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).

Processing Exchanges

  • Once we receive the item for exchange, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria.

  • If the replacement item is of a different value, any difference in price will be charged or refunded to the original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items
